Many Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals, including deaf children, continue to face severe gaps in support—from sign language interpretation and speech therapy to employment assistance and audiological care. These critical services remain under-resourced, leaving them vulnerable to social exclusion and limited opportunities.
We urgently appeal to the public to stand with us. Every donation directly strengthens our services, enabling Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to access the support they need to thrive, participate fully in society, and reach their potential.
The Hong Kong Association of the Deaf (HKAD) is a registered charitable organisation. Donations of HKD 100 or more are eligible for tax relief under Hong Kong law.
